🚂 By Local Train (Western Line)

The Jogeshwari Railway Station is on the Western Line of Mumbai's suburban railway network. This is the most common and convenient way to reach Jogeshwari.

  • From Churchgate (South Mumbai): Take a slow or fast train towards Virar/Dahanu Road. Journey time: approximately 45–55 minutes.
  • From Mumbai Central: Approximately 35–40 minutes by local train.
  • From Andheri: Just 2 stations away (5–7 minutes).

🚂 Train Tips

During peak hours (9 AM–11 AM and 5 PM–9 PM), local trains can be extremely crowded. If possible, travel during off-peak hours. First-class carriages are available but require a separate pass or ticket.

🚇 By Metro (Line 7)

Mumbai Metro Line 7 (Red Line) serves Jogeshwari East Metro Station. This is an excellent option if you're coming from Andheri (East), Ghatkopar, or the eastern suburbs.

  • Route: Dahisar (E) ↔ Andheri (E) via the Western Express Highway.

Brihanmumbai Electric Supply & Transport (BEST) buses connect Jogeshwari to various parts of the city. Key bus routes include:
