The Mahakali Caves, also known as the Kondivite Caves, are a group of 19 Buddhist rock-cut caves dating back to the 1st century BCE, making them even older than the Jogeshwari Caves. Located in Andheri East, these caves feature a chaitya hall with intricate carvings, stupas, and monastic cells.

Located in Borivali (West), near the International Airport, the Mandapeshwar Caves are ancient rock-cut Hindu caves dating back to the 6th–7th century CE. Smaller and less visited than Jogeshwari, they offer a more intimate look at early Hindu cave architecture. The main cave features a Shiva linga and remnants of carved panels.

Bollywood comes alive at the Dadasaheb Phalke Film City in neighbouring Goregaon (East). Spread across 520 acres, this is one of the largest film studio complexes in the world.
